Four Phases of Sex
Four Phases of Sex — They are Anticipation, Excitement, Plateau and Orgasm. My name is Aleena Aspley, and I am a NEO Tantric Sex and Intimacy Coach. For nearly 20 years I have enjoyed exploring the infinite world or orgasm. Studying orgasm is my passion and I love to transend people into out of the body Luminous Energy Orgasms (LEOs).
A LEO is an orgasm of the aura, it is a powerfully explosive experience on a higher, more sophisticated frequency than an orgasm of the genitals or the human body.
Chakrassage – Awakening Kundalini is the way to experience a Luminous Energy Orgasm. Simply bellissimo!

THE FOUR PHASES OF SEX
ANTICIPATION – EXCITEMENT – PLATEAU
ORGASM
.
When it comes to sexual experiences, our bodies go through distinct stages: anticipation, excitement, plateau, and orgasm. These stages involve both physical and mental processes and are crucial for understanding how our sexual responses function.
.
ANTICIPATION – THE THRILL OF THE JOURNEY
Anticipation is a really important part of the sexual response cycle, and it’s all about feeling excited before anything even happens. This phase is extra special because it can make your brain release a chemical called dopamine that makes you feel super happy. And guess what? Anticipation is a type of pleasure all on its own. And you know what’s interesting? Sometimes, the feeling of wanting something comes before feeling really excited, and that’s okay. You can actually work on building up that feeling of wanting and excitement before you even jump into the action. So, anticipation is like a secret ingredient that makes everything even more fun!

EXCITEMENT – BUILDING THE MOMENTUM
During the excitement phase, a lot of interesting things happen to the human body. Blood rushes to the genitals, breasts, and lips, making them swell up and change color. The skin can become flushed and red. If you’re a woman, your vagina gets wetter, the clitoris swells and the uterus moves upwards.
For guys, the penis gets hard and the testicles move closer to the body as the skin around them tightens. Your nipples might get harder too. And guess what? Your breath gets faster, your heart beats faster, and your blood pressure goes up. It’s like your body is getting ready for something really exciting!

PLATEAU – ANTICIPATION & EUPHORIA
As the excitement grows, the human body moves into the plateau phase. In this phase, your arousal stays strong, and the human body keeps responding to different sensations and feelings. You breathe faster, and your muscles get tenser. For men, the penis might get very hard and the testicles rise up, while for women, the clitoris might pull back and the vaginal walls could get even more wet and slippery. This phase is like being right on the edge of something exciting, where every touch and feeling feels super intense, getting you closer to the peak exquisite release and euphoria.
.
.
ORGASM – THE ULTIMATE PLEASURE PEAK
The orgasm phase is one of the truely ultimate pleasure peaks of the human experience of unadulterated pleasure! It’s like an explosion of pleasure and a profound release of built-up tension.
During orgasm, the muscles of the genitals can vibrate, tingle, squeeze and relax rhythmically. The sensation of orgasm releases feeling of joy and exhaultaion.
For a male orgasm brings ejaculation (unless he has been taught to orgasm without ejaculating) and for a woman her uterus, vagina, and anus may pulsate in pure pleasure. The peak of orgasm, for many people, evokes strong feeling of happiness and a deep connection and stronger bond to their partner. It’s like our brains are hard-wired to fall in love. Many say romantic love is a basic mating drive, the urge to merge, and more powerful than the human sex drive.
These four phases – anticipation, excitement, plateau, and orgasm – highlight the dynamic nature of human sexual response, where physical sensations and emotional connection converge to create an experience that’s both individual and universal.

ABOUT ME
ALEENA ASPLEY – NTH BRISBANE
Hello my name is Aleena and I am a Certified Sexological Bodywork (Somatic Sexologist). I have been a NEO Tantra Intimacy Coach for nearly twenty years and I have a profound interest in where the human body can transend orgasmically. I am sure everyone would love to experience multiple orgasms with no limits!
What I mean here is, excitement, arousal and orgasm can be measured as a freqency.
With this in mind I love to take people of all genders into out of the body Luminous Energy Orgasms LEOs. There are six unique skills that one has to master to have auric LEO experiences.
HIM — For a male, he can learn to orgasm in many waves — without ejaculating. Many men would love to be multi-orgasmic and ejaculate once a month. A multi-orgasmic man has powerful orgasms in continous waves that are more powerful than his average genital orgasm with ejaculation.
